Information we collect
When you use our contact or founder forms, we collect what you submit: typically your name, email address, company details, and your message. When you use the investor login, we collect your email address and record sign-in events (time and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type) to keep the account secure. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data for every visit.
How we use it
We use form submissions to reply to you and evaluate the inquiry or raise you described. We use your login email to send one-time sign-in links and to give verified investors access to fund materials. We use technical data to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
Retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our correspondence, generally no longer than three years unless a longer period is required by law or regulation. Investor account records are kept while the account is active and afterward as required by securities recordkeeping rules.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and send email (bound to use it solely on our behalf), with professional advisors under confidentiality, or when required by law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal retention obligations.
