We've been busy at D3VC. A few trends are happening in the private capital markets that are proving to be positive for us. According to Pitchbook and our friends on Sand Hill Road, VCs are still sitting on the sidelines with signals that they won't start to invest until later in the year. This means more companies are turning online for capital, and hence, we are seeing an increase in deal flow and investor interest. We are also seeing a drop in valuations, mainly in the pre-revenue space, opening opportunities for us to uncover promising companies to invest in. That said, we are seeing more VCs syndicating deals under Regulation Crowdfunding than ever. We like this because they come in with capital, diligence, and an eye for growth.We are also excited to share a sneak peek at what we think will bring more eyes, ears, and dollars to the industry.
